Quads Chart

Quads Chart - I've been going to the gym for about 6 months now, and i've noticed that my quads never really get sore, even after a heavy leg day. 4 for the quads, 1 for the hamstring, and 1 for the glutes. Do quads with flat feet (they won’t be perfectly flat at all times just like regular walking, they flow) going on your toes is unbalanced and increases your risk of injury. My quads still aren't firing 4 months after surgery, dr says this is due to severe atrophy. For quads, i usually do leg press and leg. Thus, to answer your question, you really only need these 6 exercises. Does anyone here have tips to help me salvage what i can? Tris are necessary for many simulations to run.
